Policy
Current return and cancellation framework for eligible standard goods and customised orders.
The published policy provides a limited return window for eligible standard goods, subject to the item being unused, in resalable condition and returned with the required proof of purchase and original packaging.
Where a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for arranging the return to the specified NSF address unless the case involves a defect or damage handled separately by customer service.
Returned goods are inspected before the applicable settlement is processed. The existing policy describes store credit for eligible returns and allows processing time after receipt.
The published policy provides for restocking charges on eligible standard returns and states that sale items may be final sale. Confirm the current order-specific terms before dispatching anything back.
Made-to-order and customised goods are treated differently from standard stock because they are manufactured to customer specification. The published policy states that customised goods are not returnable or exchangeable.
Customers should contact NSF promptly if a delivered product is defective or damaged so the issue can be assessed under the applicable service, exchange or remedy process.
